The Bulldogs are honored to announce @rk4development will be guiding our athletes in a strength and conditioning program. We are looking forward to Jack Tadey mentoring our younger generational players. Jack grew up on the North Shore, hockey has always been an integral part of my life.
During my playing years with NVMHA, NW Gaints and North Van Pack, I developed a liking for the off ice training aspect. I quickly realized the importance and influence that it can have on an athletes on ice performance.
I completed my degree in Human Kinetics at the University of British Colombia Okanagan and since joining RK4 Development 3 years ago, I have spent a majority of my time working alongside the younger athletes at RK4. Supporting these kids off ice strength and development continues to be a huge passion of mine.
